About Dylene

Dylene has worked in the legal industry for approximately 20 years. Dylene has extensive experience in commercial property law, including corporate, project development and project finance, insolvency, environmental, mining, and banking and finance transactions. Dylene also has significant experience across most areas of conveyancing, particularly in the registration of securities, as well as in notarial practice.

Dylene attended to Absa Bank Limited’s Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and Commercial Property Finance (CPF) matters for approximately five years, during which time Dylene registered numerous securities and related transactions for a range of public and private South African and international financial institutions. These include Investec, First National Bank (FNB), Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), Standard Bank Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Standard Chartered, Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Liberty Group, Hollard, Bryte Insurance, Mpact, Reichmans Capital, Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), International Finance Corporation (IFC), China Development Bank (CDB), Export Import Bank (EXIM), Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), SA Home Loans, Old Mutual Limited, and State Bank of India.

Dylene is currently employed at Poswa Incorporated, where Dylene heads the transfers department, covering both residential and commercial matters, as well as the SA Home Loans and Old Mutual bonds department. In addition, Dylene is actively involved in a range of commercial property matters, including the review and drafting of property agreements such as commercial leases, subleases, servitudes, and option agreements, as well as conducting due diligence investigations.
