About Hailey
Hailey Riley is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa, bringing over 1 years of extensive legal experience in property law, conveyancing, and notarial practice. She is currently the Director of Conveyancing and Notarial Practice at Poswa Incorporated, where she oversees all aspects of property-related transactions and notarial services.
Hailey obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria in 2007. She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in January 2011, followed by her admission as a Notary Public in July 2013.
Hailey’s career reflects steady progression and professional excellence. She began her legal journey as a Candidate Attorney at Gerhard van der Merwe Incorporated and later joined Hepple Attorneys Incorporated, where she gained extensive experience in civil litigation and property law. Her early exposure to both Magistrates’ and High Court practice laid a strong foundation for her later specialisation in conveyancing.
Before she was appointed Director at Poswa Incorporated in 2022, Hailey served as an Associate and Senior Associate within the firm, where she played an instrumental role in handling complex property transactions and mentoring junior practitioners. Her leadership is marked by precision, diligence, and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
