About Lindokuhle
Lindokuhle Xulu is an accomplished attorney and labour law specialist with more than 14 years of post-admission experience. As Director of Employment Law at Poswa Incorporated, he leads the firm’s employment and labour relations practice, advising a broad spectrum of clients on complex workplace matters, dispute resolution, and compliance across South Africa and the broader African region.
Throughout his career, Lindokuhle has demonstrated a rare combination of technical legal expertise and strategic business insight. His specialisation lies in employment law, labour relations, employee benefits, and industrial relations strategy, with a strong record of representing clients before the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court, and the Labour Appeal Court.
